Mitcho’s history, education, and resume in the herb world is a long and storied one. He’s Professor of Potions at Grendel Gravenstein’s School for Witches and Wizards, for starters :)

SCHE Director
A former member, intern, and then grower for the SCHE, BJ became the Director of the Herb Exchange in 2014. She enjoys connecting plants and people, whether it be farmers to makers, or in educating interns on the various aspects of growing medicinal herbs, dry room protocol, and quality control of medicinal herbs for the market place.
Bottom line for BJ is the community whose relationships are based in our individual and collective regard for our plant relatives.
SCHA Secretary
Adam Hyde, a Sonoma County native, has nurtured a profound kinship with nature from a young age. While his family preferred the indoors, Adam found solace and connection outdoors, often cradled by the roses and shrubs around his home. This early bond with the natural world set the foundation for his lifelong dedication to herbalism.
