Mechele Foley is a dedicated holistic health practitioner based in Sonoma County, where she has resided since 2002. With a passion for fostering inner growth and wellness, Mechele provides a nurturing environment for hearts to blossom. As a skilled massage therapist and health coach, she offers a range of services aimed at promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Mechele's journey in holistic health began with her training at the Heartwood Institute in 2001, followed by further education at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2019. Specializing in various bodywork modalities including neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, somatic emotional therapy, Swedish massage, and deep tissue work, Mechele tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

In addition to her practice, Mechele serves as the treasurer of the Sonoma County Herb Association, demonstrating her commitment to community wellness and herbal medicine. She is also a skilled distiller with a focus on producing high-quality damask rose distillates, blending her knowledge of holistic healing with her passion for botanicals.
